A Making Digital Simple was hired to support this process, helping Darwin Alliance structure its brand, review the relationship between the parent brand and sub-brands, and develop a digital strategy capable of sustaining international expansion, with a special focus on the Asian market.

The work began with a review of the brand architecture, clarifying Darwin Alliance's role as the parent brand and how the different brands, projects, and services are organized, communicate, and reinforce each other.

In 2023, at a time when artificial intelligence was still in its infancy in digital marketing, these tools played a key role in streamlining the project. They were used to support image and video production and, above all, to adapt and translate content for different markets, speeding up processes, increasing efficiency, and ensuring consistency in communication without losing alignment with the brand's DNA.

This approach made it possible to test messages, adjust narratives, and respond more quickly to the specificities of each market at a stage when speed of adaptation was critical for international expansion. Communication was developed in English as a basis, serving as a global point of contact and allowing strategic data to be collected on the behavior and interests of Asian audiences.

At the same time, a lead generation strategy was developed based on a dedicated landing page, supported by Paid Media campaigns on Meta and Google. This approach made it possible to structure a clear funnel, collect relevant data on user behavior, and progressively optimize advertising investment.

The combined use of clear brand architecture, consistent communication, and digital performance has enabled Darwin Alliance to approach demanding markets in a structured, informed, and scalable manner.
